If you are referring to adults because chronologically they are supposedly adults, I fear you are sadly mistaken. Just because a person's age implies one is an adult, does not mean all individuals fitting that description act like one.

Since having mods seems to be an issue for you, why don't you start your own board with no mods? They have free boards out there...you could start it and invite people from all the boards you post at. I'm not sure how much you can post on free boards because of the limit of bandwidth you would have, but once it took off, you could always upgrade and rent some webspace. Then you could be doing something just the way you want it to be.

Maybe Tart has information and could help you out in that area.
