What is your problem with this?

You think we couldn't convict the bastard under US law? Get real.

Why does that answer not suprise me?

You think we couldn't convict the bastard under US law? Get real.

I think we should put a fucking bullet through his head.

This just makes sure he never survives capture. I can promise you that if i am in charge of the unit that captures him, he will never see a courtroom.

Under what imaginary scenario would you be in charge of any unit that captured him?

But that's a side issue...none of us would shed any tears if bin Laden were dead-but the SCOTUS has made it clear that we have a justice system in the United States.

So I ask again, what is your problem?

Since I was an Army ranger, in my day I might well have led a team that would capture him.

My problem is that people like you put our country in danger.

Well then...isn't it your duty to find us and arrest us Mr. Army Ranger Man? What a joke. You are an overweight, selfish guy who wears a business suit...I bet your hands are diaper soft.

"People like you put our country in danger"......you live a life in fear.

What unintended consequences? Following the rule of law? In this country, we have a system of justice and it applies to everyone. You are unAmerican if you don't agree.

"The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that they have those rights,” he said. “If John McCain were president, he would have to give them those rights.”This is called the rule of law.

I think that our country and constitution can handle anything that comes up. Even bin Laden. In fact I think that our Constitution was written just for people like him, and our Justice system too. To handle the worst of the worst. To handle those who seemingly have no defence. Not just to do the eaxy stuff.

My problem is that people like YOU put our country in danger, John. The policies you love put our nation in danger every day, from within and without.

And this isn't your day. You are fantasizing. Most of us have fantasized about something similar, I think. I have put many an imaginary bullet into the heads of the 9/11 hijackers. But I don't tell myself that such a fantasy makes me a better American. It just makes me a human being.

Sorry moron but I work at least 20 hours a week on our farm mending fences, cutting down trees, grooming and feeding horses. My hands have as many callus' as any working man.

I might even take a picture of my hands up close just to show you. I am a little heavier than I would like but few would charaterize me as over-weight as you would characterize it.

PS - I have not had to wear a suit and tie , on a daily basis since 1995.

So so wrong, you may fantisize about things you have not only not done but could not ever do or have had the training to do. That would not be me in this instance since I was trained to do just that and was once in a position that I might be called up for such a thing.

Your OPINION that defending ouselves is actually endangering us would be laughable except that delusional people like you believe it.

Maybe, maybe not! The best way to handle these guys is like I have said forever, shoot them and kill them in combat and don't hold em at all. Makes this whole SC thing a moot point!
Btw...that's the best rule of law there is....Kill the Enemy!

Since I was an Army ranger, in my day I might well have led a team that would capture him.

Boy, her and a bunch of other fucktards here!

I think you make a serious error here assuming that LL! Living your life with a degree of caution and understanding the danger all around us on a daily basis is smart thinking! I teach that very concept often...weekly, sometimes daily.

I agree...but if they aren't detained, just dead, the law doesn't apply!

Yep..Good Rule...but see above!

TB...how many times have I told you that you live in a Fantasy world of your own? How many...40? 50 times?
TB does not have a clue!!!!

Yep...I'm 35 lbs. over weight...I love to eat all kinds of food!
But, I've been trained to be lethal, just like John.... and we still are. I certainly am ......and John is bigger, stronger and even more experienced than I!

So, you dweebs may think you know us, but you really, honestly.....Don't!

Since supposedly we are at war, Bin Laden should be tried under the Articles of War, not the justice system. How would you like to see Bin Laden walk because he "didn't understand his rights." or maybe get a mistrial. I think not.

“This is exactly what they tried to say back in 2004, and the record absolutely contradicts it,” Kerry told The Examiner.

Try to remember there John Boy, YOU LOST IN 2004

Of course I can't say much. The odds on me voting Republican OR Democrat are about the same as Bill & Hillary having sex again... NIL

Eh, it's a moot point since obviously the Bush administration has Bin Laden in some cell in Pakistan waiting to be drug out as 'captured' just before the general election.

Or at least that's what my most liberal left leaning friend here believes. :roll:cuckoo

Yeah, that's crazy talk. The people who issued a terror alert to manipulate the election in 2004, the people who lied about the purpose of aluminum tubes, the people who lied about an operational relationship between bin Laden and Saddam would NEVER do any such thing.

Would they? :para
