I want everyone to send me your Carbon Credits. I plan to distribute them equally among the members.

It does not matter how many posts you have made. It does not matter what you have contributed to the forum. It's all about fairness and equality, not hard work and dedication*.

Now, send those Carbon Credits ASAP!

*Minority members will receive an extra 10 Carbon Credits just for not being White.

I saw a documentary on National Public Television yesterday partially dealing with when the miners in Appalachia started to unionize so they could eat decently. The mine owners hired felons to take care of the miners - killing several and throwing their families out of their housing. The miners were paid in compqny script whicj was redeemable at only 3/4 of its value...Republicanism at its finest!!!:monkeyfor simian minds:godzilla for viciousness

The needs of the many is not only a Liberal concern.

Many past capitains of industry, including Bill Gates, can see beyond selfish anal greed.

Read Lee Iacocca's book, "Where Have All The Leaders Gone?". He is a capitalist, yet has a larger vision that includes our entire nation, rather than your narrow ego-centric view.

Yeah they usually get that way AFTER they are so rich that levels of taxation no longer can effect them. After they have aquired intergeneratinal wealth.

They climb up and then want to pull up the ladder behind them.

I will also note that those who are for socialism are either those who will be better off with it, those who have so much it does not matter and those who think they will be part of the ruling class.

Socialism and all the small steps towards it, is for losers.

Come on guys there is a forum called Rubber room ,where you two can go at each other
Wow, my thoughts on the rubber room is that it is for crazy people that may harm themselves without the help of another.

They're coming to take me away.

Remember when you ran away
And I got on my knees
And begged you not to leave
Because I'd go berserk?
Well. . .

You left me anyhow
And then the days got worse and worse
And now you see I've gone
Completely out of my mind
And. . .

They're coming to take me away, HA HA
They're coming to take me away, HO HO HEE HEE HA HA
To the funny farm
Where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see
Those nice, young men
In their clean, white coats
And they're coming to take me away, Ha-haaa!

You thought it was a joke
And so you laughed
You laughed when I had said
That losing you would make me flip my lid
Right. . .

You know you laughed, I heard you laugh
You laughed, you laughed and laughed
And then you left
But now you know I'm utterly mad!
And. . .

They're coming to take me away, HA HA
They're coming to take me away, HO HO HEE HEE HA HA
To the happy home
With trees and flowers and chirping birds
And basket weavers who sit and smile
And twiddle their thumbs and toes
And they're coming to take me away, Ha-haaa!

I cooked your food
I cleaned your house
And this is how you pay me back
For all my kind, unselfish loving deeds?!!
Hah. . .

Well you just wait
They'll find you yet
And when they do they'll
Put you in the ASPCA, you mangy mutt!
And. . .

They're coming to take me away, HA HA
They're coming to take me away, HO HO HEE HEE HA HA
To the funny farm
Where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see
Those nice, young men
In their clean, white coats
And they're coming to take me away, Ha-haaa!

To the happy home
With trees and flowers and chirping birds
And basket weavers who sit and smile
And twiddle their thumbs and toes
And they're coming to take me away, Ha-haaa!

Quit trying to play innocent, you worthless little punk! I could not care less about you, or your apparent bad case of Little Man's Disease.

You call that an attack? :roll What a wuss! :rofl

You need to grow some thicker skin and some real balls if that constitutes an attack to you. :roll

I'm not playing innocent, SJ. The dog does not attack anyone until provoked, and never on their first day on a MB (I prefer to get to know my prey first :lol). You would do well to pay attention to what you said you were "warned off" of.

You incorrectly claimed (twice) I attacked you on "day one". You were and still are wrong. But do you apologize for this inconsistency? Do you say "I'm sorry, I was wrong" for this injustice?

No, you continue your petty little attacks and snide comments. Typical of the weak minded. I feel sad for you little man.

BTW, are you Ringo's brother, cause you sound just like him.

Unlike you needy weepy leftists.

This post is so stupid it does not deserve a response.

It really doesn't deserve a response but I keep having this vision of whoever Cisco is calling himself at the moment becoming a totally contorted body mass as he pats himself on the back.
Of course he doesn't need anyone else to do that.

I don't know what either of you value. If it is respect that you value, then you have lost some from me by your behavior in this thread.

People do not agree on things..it's a matter of fact, but it's better to agree to disagree then to attack each other proving nothing except that you forget how to be an adult and become like little children. I have worked with children for years, and believe me, I feel that is what I have been seeing in this thread.

I look for men and women that know how to discuss their point of view without trying to demean the other person when their opinions differ. I can not speak for all women, but it is important to me. I know I don't belong on a political forum, because this is the worst place to be to see people treat each other with respect.

I remember Dog stating to me that someone on this forum was a fool. At the time, I told him there was no fool on this forum. I have to state now, I was wrong. The only fool on this forum, is me.

I thought all women knew that most of us men are just boys who have grown some hair in unusual places. This is not an excuse for the immature attitude that I sometimes display here....but I think it is safe to say that these combative "pissing matches" are a welcome bit of fun on occasion. At least for me, they are.

As it seems to upset some here...I will make an attempt to bring the discussion over to the "Rubber Room" when the urge to insult someone overcomes me. Like now...for example...........( to the Rubber Room )

Then it is me that has the different values here. Perhaps it is the way I was raised, the people that I grew up around, the men I have known throughout my life. I have never seen this type of behavior except in (and I hate to say this) lower economic groups.

My clients are people that act this way. People that are in danger of having their children removed from their homes. Maybe that is why I find it offensive. It is best I stay in the "tame" threads and let you men "play."

Lone Laugher, I really appreciate that you posted what you did, and that you have decided to take it to the rubber room, but if I am the only one it bothers, then please don't do it on my account. I'm going to try to refrain from going anywhere except docile threads. Thanks! :hug

Yes, I guess I have been acting like a wet behind the ears pup in this thread, but I am not going to roll over and play dead when some jerk bully, any bully, starts some shit with me. Bullies are not to be feared or tolerated, IMHO.

I return the level of respect to posters that I get from them, and usually more. But when someone tries to force feed shit to me, I'll give back more of the same to them.

Sorry Lady, but I guess intolerance of bullies is a character fault of mine.

Truly though, Sunny, I am sad that my behavior offended you.

I dislike bullies very much. I would never ask someone not to address a bully. Being assertive with a bully and telling them how you expect to be treated is different than attacking a bully and putting yourself on their level.

Sorry Lady, but I guess intolerance of bullies is a character fault of mine.

Truly though, Sunny, I am sad that my behavior offended you.

Dog, having an intolerance of bullies is certainly not a fault, but a strength. How you deal with it by reverting to their ways instead of being assertive, is the weakness. (In my opinion)

I was trying very hard to swerve the conversation in this thread with some humor. Besides, remember I stated to let us women vote for who we think is the more manly instead of you two fighting trying to prove to each other who is the best man. I think us women know how to pick out a manly man. Whoa baby! :wink

The first thing this morning I got up to see Jug attacking you with that picture of a pink dog...well I saw red...not pink. :snicker and stated exactly how I felt.

It is I that needs to apologize to you. I have a tendency to put my values on others. It is a fault of mine that I do work on, but as you can see, it still needs more work.

I will stay out of these threads...or if I go into them, I will refrain from stating what I would like to say.

I'm sorry if I offended your delicate sensibilities, GEL.

I too detest bullies. I especially detest those on the Internet. The punks who use the anonymity to be nasty. I do also have a tendency to be short tempered with morons. When they invade a thread making smartass remarks, because someone asked question. I tend to get nasty. When you run across one who combines the two lowlife qualities, that's the worst kind. So, yes I did go a bit overboard.

In the future I shall try to ignore such morons.

Jug...I have to say that I don't belong here. I expect people to treat each other with respect. In real life and on the net. I would say I must be a dreamer, or an unrealistic person. Know this, I will always treat you with respect. If you address me in a way I don't like, then I will let you know, or ignore you if I think addressing it will get me nowhere.

I detest bullies too. When I worked in Head Start we were using a program with the young children to teach them to be assertive. I can tell you it was not an easy task. You have your bullies and they pick on the "victim" type of children. Teaching the children to take care of themselves by standing up to the bully and telling the bully they didn't like being treated that way and how they expect to be treated.

I appreciate your apology, but I owe one to you as well. I did put my values on both you and Dog. I need to stop doing that. I do try, but sometimes I fail. I will work harder at keeping out of conversations where men feel the need to "play."

Thank you for addressing this with me. :)
