This must be Major League Baseball's way of honoring Congress for those Hearings that they had on the 'roids.
Major League Baseball must have been incapable of fixing its own problem so needed our Government to intervene.
But hey, the typical grandstanding on the part of our elected officials during the whole event was more interesting to watch than most ballgames! LOL

I thought that baseball pretty much opened the door to congressional oversight by asking for exemption from anti-trust legislation.
If you think of the high school kids emulating Roger and Barry, I think Congressional action is in order, also.
