Sure it isn't good to have 5 cops kicking each suspect in the face and body, but ...

Notice one cop who runs from suspect to suspect apparently to be sure he kicked each of them

The Cop who draggs the driver suspect after he is handcuffed, by his wrists, while his arms are fully extended, needs to be tortured.

Of course, they will say their job is dangerious and they were in fear for their lives. If that is the case, why did they wait 5.5 minutes to frisk the driver?

Chicksh_t cowards the whole lot of them.

Psychopaths and pis-ants!! Most of them as low as the ones they supposedly protect us against. The concept of enlisting and pitting thugs against thugs is very old though and probably ins't going to change soon - if ever:rooster:sumo:devil

Not until Grand Juries start indicting them. Normally they will indict a ham sandwich, but when it comes to cops, they, the cops, can do no wrong. And hey, we are the people who sit on those juries. What is wrong with us?
