anyone else a March Maddness nut like me?
I love college basketball and this tournament is the great equalizer in sports in a sense - especially when a team like Davision can come out of nowhere and upset a big dog.
My heart got broken (again) by my school - darn those Clemson Tigers - we're better than that!!!!
As a NC/SC native and ACC grad, I'm genetically programmed to hate Duke and even though they messed up my picks, I wasn't crying too hard in my beer when West VA took them down.
But what's making me most giddy this year is the fact that in our office pick-em contest - frought with ultra macho guys who think they know everything about sports, that little ole me - the surburban soccer mom is kicking their collective butts and running away with this contest! WOO HOO!!!
Sigh - I love March!!! Now if UNC can just hold it together and not screw up my final two, I'm good to go!
