When you visit this site you can enter your address and a map will pop up with your house as a small icon of a house. There will be red, blue and green dots surrounding your entire neighborhood. When you click on these dots a picture of a criminal will appear with his or her home address and the description of the crime he or she has committed.

The best thing is that you can show your children the pictures and see how close these people live to your home or school.

This site was developed by John Walsh from Americas Most Wanted. This is another tool we can use to help us keep our kids safe.

:woot Living near a school pays off again!!! Course living farther from predators doesn't mean we are any safer.

My neighborhood is very free of criminals. That's refreshing. :yep

What a great site.

Not necessarily - I live less than a mile from two schools and there's a sexual offender within a quarter mile of both. Apparently they're 'grandfathered' into the law that said they can't live within that distance

it sucks!

I've never seen either guy out near me so who knows?

I like that this site is nation-wide, instead of having to find each county's site. Also, this is the only one that has good pics of the perps.

YIKES!! My area is only 10 years old and the closest is 4 miles from me.
