I wonder how a Govt can track a COW from Canada, to a feed yard in the US, and then track her calves all over the Nation, in an effort to stop Mad Cow disease, BUT they can't find 11 million ILLEGALS??
So I came up with a brilliant plan, a Nobel winner, a leap into the genius Hall of Fame!!!
Lets simply give them a COW, we can find COWS, so WALLA....problemuno solved Senor...Undulay Undulay Arriba!!:deadshot:sparks2:hulk
