At my 4th graders current school, a girl has been in transgender mode for 2 years now. She dresses, acts, and looks like a boy. But, I don't understand why she hangs out with the girls'?

I think you got it backwards OB.
HIGHLANDS RANCH – The issue of being transgender usually pops up with students in high school. However, a 2nd grade boy wants to dress as a girl and be addressed with a girl's name.

No, I don't have anything backwards. There is a female at my daughter's school that dresses like a male and has done so since 2nd grade.

I misunderstood you then. I thought you were talking about the school in the article. Nevermind.

A tough situation for the child. I hope the child gets the needed support, and the rest of the kids adjust to the situation.
