Welcome Segep!
TPA is a very unique political forum. There is a lot to do here - the trick is just knowing where to look.

Thanks for the warm (but automated) welcome. I enjoy posting at dozens of sites across the 'net. I hope this one turns out to be better than my first impression has led me to believe....

Don't you have a forum called Political asylum (http://asylum.americanpoliticsforum.com/how-it-works-t4.html)? I was wondering if you're here to solicit members.

This is not an automated welcome and I hope you turn out to be a good member.
This is a good place to be and the mods strive to keep it civil without restricting freedoms ~ unless your mission is to abuse the rights of others.
I like that in a board, don't you? :)

Hope you enjoy it here. :monkey

Yes, a nd I'll let you know if I find a board like that around here:

So sorry :lmao

Segep has a site that Dustin is spamming, that goes by the name Political Asylum... I'm obviously crazy in thinking the name was ripped off :shrug

D2 is a chick and I don't think this person is her but it could be.

The rumor was that D2 was Dustin, part 2. I could be wrong :shrug

Interesting that you know so much about my site (that you hadn't known existed until yesterday) that you know exactly who my forum members are, their "secret identities" and what their intentions are.

For the record, Dustin is a friend of mine, and he has never spammed my forum. The same cannot be said for members of this forum.

Hope you enjoy it here. :monkey

Thank you, Matt. It has not been boring, anyway. :)

I wouldn't have known about your site if your good friend hadn't been spamming TPA members :shrug

That makes no sense. Now why would Dustin spam for my site when he has his own, which is far more successful than either of ours?

What are you so bitchy about? Are you a conservative? You need to relax a little. This here internet is for entertainment and it seems you are taking all this quite seriously.

I think you heard about it through patriotsblade, who joined my forum in August and who, as a forum member, recently received a mass email announcing my new "experiment", Political Asylum.

I did a google search for "Political Asylum" before I named my forum, and guess what? Your forum didn't show up. Not on the first page, anyway, and as any webmaster will tell you, that's the only page that counts.

Since my forum is Search Engine Optimized and yours isn't (you really should kick down for vBSEO), it will be interesting to see in three months time if a google search for "Political Asylum" places my site on the first page of the search results, while yours is still stuck on page 2.

As I'm previewing this post I see that someone is asking me if I'm conservative....LOL

You guys really need to pay more attention.

I'm going to be absolutely honest with you and tell you what I'm most pissed about. It isn't the snotty "imitation" thread, and it's not even the juvenile remarks about my forum's layout and design. It's the fact that my love and hard work was attributed to Dustin. That, and no forum owner enjoys seeing his efforts ridiculed, especially by someone who has no clue what is going on.

Ahhh, but it all got your attention, didn't it?

I can understand that. Now, let's chill and have some fun.
