Yes, It was left over spanish rice i made the other day. It had diced tomato, corn and black beans mixed in it. I put a spoon inside the taco along with a few slices of Hass advocato and shredded cheddar cheese. It was very tasty .

Tonight we had fresh raviolis stuffed with porcini mushrooms with steamed veggies on the side.
It was the first time i had these raviolis and i'm definitely going to buy them again.

The filling in those raviolis looks delicious. I like homemade ravioli! Must make some soon. Thanks for reminding me. :)
