Tomorrow makes one week for me. I'm a newbie.
Have you created any new dishes yourself?
Did you do the mashed potato thing for Thanksgiving?......You know, where you make a big batch of mashed potatoes and mold it into the shape of a turkey? :LL

You might want to invest in a cooler :lol
I have a hard time finding places to eat, so I end up cooking a lot. I assume you travel for work, though.

I've ordered many a bean burrito that ended up having meat on it because they don't change gloves. Its a risk you have to take :lol

The beauty I find with not eating meat is my fast food choices are very limited. So I don't eat it. :lol It's kinda fabulous.
I work full time & eat on the go a lot. I go to the grocery. :yep I get soups, salads, cheese, crackers, HUMMUS & pita bread. I love feta & tomato sandwiches. The Corner Bakery has a yummo veggie sandwich. I hear Subway has a veggie sandwich, but I don't like the way Subway smells. :rofl
When you need on the go meal ideas do can you prep at home & take? I do a lot of lean cuisine just because they are diet friendly, but if you have a microwave you can fix a quick meal. :)

I think that what i'm going tr do is compile a list of options and print it out and keep it in my car. Then when i start to think about what i want to eat for lunch i'll pull it out and look for it to easier make a decision.
