The Political Asylum (TPA) is an online message board community with the sole purpose of entertainment and social interaction. Nothing within this site is intended to replace the advice of counselors, medical professionals, religious or political leaders, or your common sense.
We want people to have an environment where they feel safe and respected, regardless of their views. Use your discretion in posting any photgraphs or personal information, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you post your name, address, phone number, or any financial information, bank or credit card numbers, social security number, or passwords. Posting of Private Messages or Reps between members is forbidden. Violators will be immediately banned.
If you feel harassed by any member, please let a moderator know immediately. Harassment is defined as continued unwanted contact, either online, in person, via telephone, or any other written or electronic communique. Any and all legal recourse will be taken against members who are found guilty of harassment.
Hate Speech is forbidden. Hate Speech is defined as speech which is intended to incite violence against any individual or group. Any and all legal recourse will be taken against members who are found guilty of hate speech.
Any member found abusing access to TPA will be banned immediately, this includes sharing membership passwords.
Please be aware that members of TPA retain the rights to any materials posted under their usernames. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, drawings, poetry, jokes, and general posts. By registering on TPA forums, you agree to abide by these rules and will not copy photos, text, etc. to be used on any other websites or other mediums. Violation will result in suspension of your account, without refund.
We will prosecute any intellectual thefts, slander or other abuses of TPA to the fullest extent of the law of Commonwealth of Virginia.
The enforcement of all rules and regulations, including these terms of service are at the sole discretion of TPA's owner/admin. TPA is indemnified from any damages incurred from the use of this forum or any interactions between TPA members.
