What is funny Rev, is the USUAL group of suspects will come along and let us know how STUPID we are, because these are FALSE videos, false news stories, she is a VICTIM of PILING ON!
I remember as a kid I done some pretty serious mischief, and I made the stupid mistake of LYING! Well it wasn't long before the TRUTH started to PILE ON! Mom knew I had done it, as well as a couple of townspeople, and the burden of the LIE was heavy, so I took it like a man and owned up to my stupidity!
HILLARY does not do this, its like LYING just comes so natural to her, and I suspect that is why Bill attracted her!!!

I don't want her, but her positions seem no more confusing than Guilani's and Romney's positions on abortion, gay marriange and gun control.
Perhaps people from both parties should move further down their list of options and see if there is a Stateman to be found.

Yes there are, Mike Huckabee Rep or Bill Richardson Dem

Huckabee does not believe in the theory of evolution.
Richardson is a pandering cornball and is not at his best in the spotlight.

There is no confusion about Edwards or Obamas stand on licensing illegals. They support it. At least Clinton thought it should be up to the states and said she would be against it if elected.

OK...let me be clear. Anyone who does not believe in evolution is a whack job. I don't think whack jobs should get a chance to be POTUS.

Well that just proves how close-minded you really are then.

Huckabee is unqualified to hold the office of dog catcher. He should be confined to preaching the nonsense he believes to those who are likewise intellectually impaired.

I am not closed minded. I love a good story as much as the next person. I was raised Catholic....with all the trimmings. But my ability to think for myself and my inquisitive nature led me to question that which had been taught to me as "truth". Simply put...my questions were never answered.
Perhaps "whack job" is a strong term. I would like to retract that comment. Just because someone was indoctrinated from a very young age and taught to worship a mythical figure does not make them crazy.
But I seriously question the judgement of anyone who does not accept that all organisms...man included...have evolved over hundreds of thousands of years.

It depends on whether you are talking macro or micro.

You judgement of someones beliefs show you to be close-minded.
I question the judgement of someone who believe that people came from apes.

Ain't that a hoot. A devout christian chiding someone about being judgemental.

I never said that I wasn't judgemental, Liberals pride themselves on saying how "open-minded" and "accepting" they are and well I have yet to see the truth of it.

The Bible isn't supposed to be a scientific document, of course. It's a religious document, meant for an entirely different purpose.
The separation of micro or macro evolution is rather a dodge. Evolution can't be neatly divided into parts that one believes or doesn't. It's a package deal.
Fossils confirm the transitions from one form to another; genetic research confirms the links between the great apes and humans. The more they investigate, the more Evolution is confirmed.
I think God used the evolutionary process to create humans. God does not wave a magic wand, God has used natural principles to set up the entire universe. Why would God stop when it came to humans?
Why do so many people find God and evolution incompatible?
I don't know TB I do believe in evolution (micro evolution) just not in macro evolution.
To me to say that you want religion out of politics (whichI am sure LL does) and then say that they are unfit because of their religion is hypocritical. Judge people on their stances of the issues and not of their religion or religious beliefs. Especially one that the Presidemt has no power over.

You can say that, it just doesn't follow any scientific theory.
I don't see that LL's position is at all hypocritical. I don't agree with his position, but I just don't find it hypocritical to be critical of religion and to want someone who isn't religious as a leader.

I am pretty sure that anyone who hopes to get elected POTUS has to at least SAY they believe in "god". Since I will be voting...I will be voting for someone who believes in "god".
I think it would be great to live in a world where an atheist has a "chance in hell" of becoming POTUS. But that is a long way off, I suppose. Mind you, did not say that such a person would automatically get my vote.
My problem is with people who allow said belief in "god" consume them....and make it impossible for them to grasp reality....reality such as the theory of evolution.
I want the POTUS to be where the buck stops, so to speak. For him or her to be looking skyward for answers concerns me greatly.

It concerns me greatly if the President believes that his actions don't matter because the worst that can happen is that he'll jump start the Rapture.

Many of us do not let our belief in GOD consume us, yet atheist seem to want sooooo very much to make it that way!

I actually agree with some of what you said (in bold)
The rest is a persons own beliefs. Since 80% of Americans profess to believe in God it seems that you are in the minority.
