DENVER : A red and white procession of jolly, jingling, jumbo graduates are celebrating in Denver.
It was graduation day for old Saint Nick. After 72 intense hours of training, Santa Clauses from across Colorado, North Carolina, Texas, New York, Washington and Mississippi, received their hard-earned diplomas.
Since the real Santa often finds himself overwhelmed with the workload and worldwide commitments, the Professional Santa Claus School in Denver helps out.
The school has been operating for 25 years teaching the white-bearded men everything from line dancing, to storytelling and of course how to answer the 100 hardest questions.
This season they'll enjoy visits to the Grand Illumination, Denver Parade of Lights, Larimer Square, celebrity parties and some charity functions.
In more than two decades the school has successfully graduated more than 2,000 professional Santa Clauses.
