The story is not biased(yea right) as the NOOSE is exclusively the Souths, albeit it was used in the West and as far back as the Revolutionary times, when Americas first Traitor and Clintons cousin, Benedict Arnold was disposed of by rope! Then there was a LYNCHING as far North as Omaha NE in I think the 20's!

Will it now also be a felony to wear a Red or Blue Bandanna, to display Graffitti, make Records depicting COP Killings, or is this directed straight at Whitey???

We should not fear symbols.

Doing anything in a threatening manner, usually violates existing Law. Different states call it different names (e.g., disturbing the peace, assault, etc).

I would not want laws like Germany has, that ban the Nazi symbol, no matter what the context. German law instigated Ebay banning Nazi Memorabilia antiques. When I think of this material, I think of battlefield pick-up by soldiers.
