I heard about it.
Ellen adopts dog
Dog doesn't like Ellen's cats.
Ellen finds new home for Dog.
Dog gets attached to family.
Dog is taken away by Charity because Ellen didn't follow the "rules".

Maybe Charity needs to work for Social Services for children? :sad
