I don't like this idea...though you can already get BC pills without parental consent at places like PP and Newcap.

If they do pass them out, I suggest it would be mandatory for the girls to watch TLC birthing stories and a movie on what STD's look like. Scare tactic? NO. REALITY.

I agree....and this reminds me of a story.

One of my friend's daughters took a parenting class where they have to take home one of those dolls that cries and wets and stuff. After 2 days of having this doll nonstop crying, the girl looked at her mom and said, "This makes me never want to have sex again!" :rofl

The mom wasn't aware that the girl even had sex yet.

:( It is so sad how early children are having sex. It is not something that they can emotionally handle. Perhaps this feeds into why we have so many kids on depression meds. :(
