I have a private detective sitting in my driveway, watching for a stolen car . . . we have so many cars here (5 total) that he figured no one would notice one more. :lmao

Very weird to answer the door on a Sunday and have this type of request! :para

OMG, I started chargin' everythin' includin' groceries here about a month ago to 'rack up points' for a "reward." I damn near fell over when I opened that monthly bill. :faint I'm better off writin' checks all month long for everything, that BIG ASS bill made me realize I spend A LOT of money every month. :lmao

Have fun shoppin', I hate it, but I do like the grocery store. :yum

There used to be a great one in Dallas, at an ol' airfield called 94th AeroSquadron. My partner 'n I used to go there a lot 'n watch the private planes land 'n take off. And they had great champagne. :wink

Sounds like things were steaming.

I didn't see Sat Night Live last night, but they showed a clip on Stephanopolus this morning.

SNL NEWS:

"Yesterday The Nobel Committee awarded Al Gore a Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts on Global Warming."

"In a Stunning Reversal, the US Supreme Court took the award from Al Gore and awarded it to George W. Bush."

If you gals would clean it more often, you wouldn't have that problem :)

Issac, trust me, you really want that toilet flowing downhill.

Cleaning it is not the problem. The problem is the toilet doesn't work right and never has. I don't know why, but everyone who lives in this building has the same trouble.

I blame RMN. Him and his low flow toilets. Why don't presidents stick to running the country and leave our plumbing alone?

May be the tides too. I don't think I'm 30 feet above sea level. When the tides unusually high, nothing flows very well.

Ahhhhhh...the memory of champagne brunches! I enjoyed some very nice ones in Cincinnati. And there were some nice ones at home as well.

I miss the energy of the city at times, but I also love the solitude and peacefulness of the country. Having a condo in the city and a house in the country would be ideal!

I love living just outside of the city. :) Close enough that I can get everything I want but a little out so that I can hear the coyotes howl at night.

Don't watch the news Q.

A group called Americans For Freedom (I think) are protesting outside Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, because they are having Muslim Family Day today.

It was on a news break on the Cowboy-Patriots Football game.

Sasquatch and fam left this afternoon. We took all the kids to the pumpkin patch today and the girls fed the animals for the first time. Then they came home and got a handful of cat food out of the cat bowl and tried to feed the cat, too. The weird thing is, the cat ate it. :lol

I finished the pumpkin hat.
