I would like to take a moment to boast.

My boss picked me up today to go look at some properties, and before I knew what was happening she was parking in the Four Seasons parking garage. She said, "Oh, I thought we'd stop and have some tea!"

And when we went in, she'd reserved a table for us that was all covered with dried flower petals and set for a formal tea party!

We got to pick from a selection of gourmet teas, and we had tea sandwiches and all kinds of delicious goodies!

We were there for almost two hours laughing and talking. It was so much fun, and such and unexpected treat. She told me I've been working too hard so she thought I should stop and have some fun. :heart

Anyone who knows me knows that I'm a tea snob and that I love unique and gourmet teas...so this was just so perfect

It was a good day for Q.

I have never been to tea before and I have always wanted to. You made yourself valuable and got rewarded. And that's great. Most of the time the only thing a boss will tell a person is that they screwed up. As Oceanbreeze said "great boss, great employee."
