I went home and fell asleep at 7pm and woke up this morning. :para

I have no idea what happened between 7pm and 7am, except I am pretty sure I got up at some point to blow my nose. :para

UGH my kids keep waking up before 7. What does a woman have to do to get some sleep!!!

The Q
10-11-2007, 09:17 AM
Just do what I did! Go home and pass out!

I swear! My husband must have come in and saw that I was just out of it--because I didn't even hear him get the kids ready for bed or any of that.

I was comatose--and without any drink or drugs--just flat out pooped out.

Cassandra, the only answer I know is wait til their teenagers. Not mush help huh?
I have to go to town today.I don't like to shop.

cassandra
10-11-2007, 09:25 AM
Issac I will trade you! YOu come over here and watch my kids and I will shop for you as long as you need.

Teenagers sleep in at least! :lol

issac the dragon
10-11-2007, 09:27 AM
That would be okay. It is quite a commute though.

cassandra

Issac I think that this situation requires you to bust out your Wonder Woman jet! (you have one don't you)

chinacat

Granted my oldest is only 13, but so far the teen years are easier than the toddler years. I have both. :para I think it may just be my oldest kid's temperment. The next in line is going to be more of a challenge - he'll be 11 next week.

issac the dragon
10-11-2007, 09:30 AM
Yes, of course I do. I drive to my private airport in my Barbie Corvette.

cassandra
10-11-2007, 09:31 AM
I agree with you Chinacat. All my kids are under 4 but I have taught older kids and some are hard to handle and some are easy going. I can tell you right now my oldest will be a pill. :lol

Great Issac, I will expect you soon.

What the heck is wrong with me. I just made some decaf tea. How is that going to help?!?!?!?

issac the dragon
10-11-2007, 09:45 AM
When my kids were teenagers I would have loved to have them toddlers again. You can send a toddler outside to play. Or actually make them mind. Try that with someone who is taller than you are. And most people are taller than I am.

cassandra
10-11-2007, 09:48 AM
How tall are you Issac? I noticed you were a little short in your pic. You and I probably see eye to eye. :wink

I'm five feet, three inches. How about you? I didn't have any boys, I'll bet its really hard to give them orders. But I've heard mothers who totally intimidate boys. I don't have the personality for it. I'm just not a scary person.

I hate shopping, too. I generally don't go shopping after Thanksgiving. People are flipping insane.

I'm only 5'4. My sister has 3 boys, one is 6 years old and she has 2 1/2 year old twin boys. They are going to eat her out of house and home.

Speaking of this there is an agent in my office who has 2 year old twin boy nephews in South Africa. One of them was napping, took his diaper off, climbed out of his crib or fell out & nearly sliced his penis off. :cry He had it surgically reattached this morning!
