The issues that exist in Muslim societies are not a result of ISLAM. They are a result of people interpreting Islam to fit their own agendas; and ignoring the actual teachings that promote peace and goodness.

It is the exact same in Christian societies, Hindu societies, and any other socities where there is a religious majority running things.

My defense of Islam has nothing to do with my defense of Muslims who do shitty things. I'll be the first in line to tell you that the House of Saud is corrupt and evil. (which, incidentally, is even more reason to be concerned that they are such good buddies with the POTUS).

First off you should not take to heart anything said about Religion, even if you happen to believe in that Religion! Secondly what are YOU saying that I am NOT? I pointed out that Religion & Govt lead to Anarchy and believe me Al Qaeda & Hamas are Anarchy's! I try to be civil and pose a thoughtful post and all I get form YOU & DOGGIE are how ignorant I am!
