Bill Clinton and his wife have been in public life for virtually their entire adult livfes. They spent most of their time glad handing and meeting people. Bill was a Gov of a state for over 10 years, his wife first lady.

What that means is that thye actually know, are aquainted with or connected to thousands of people more than the average person would ever be.

So the odds are that if you know enough people some will die. It is really that simple a numbers game.
