I just saw it on the news, but couldn't find the link.....

A man was arrested at a Marquette University apartment building after a tenant found him in her apartment. She called police, and he waited there with her. He did ask her not to call because he didn't take anything. The police searched his apartment and found hundreds of plastic baggies filled with womens' underwear. each baggie was labeled with an apartment number.

THe man was a graduate of Marquette University with a Masters in Finance. He somehow got ahold of a master key for a complex.

I think women all over the country should donate a pair of undies to him after basting the crotch good with "Skunk Scent", and mail them to him.
