Claims of executive privilege are now just getting stupid and silly. bush is claiming that the records on the pat tillman investigation do not have to be released. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/huff-wires/20070713/tillman-friendly-fire/ Two influential lawmakers investigating how and when the Bush administration learned the circumstances of Pat Tillman's friendly-fire death and how those details were disclosed accused the White House and Pentagon on Friday of withholding key documents and renewed their demand for the material.

The White House and Defense Department have turned over nearly 10,000 pages of papers _ mostly press clippings _ but the White House cited "executive branch confidentiality interests" in refusing to provide other documents.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Henry Waxman, D-Calif., and Tom Davis, R-Va., the committee's top-ranking Republican, said Friday the documents were inadequate. They insisted that the Defense Department turn over the additional material by July 25 and asked that the White House do likewise.

Tillman, a San Jose native, turned down a lucrative contract with the NFL's Arizona Cardinals to join the Army following the Sept. 11 attacks. He was killed April 22, 2004, by friendly fire in Afghanistan.Basically bush is claiming that he does not have to turn over anything that may make his decisions look stupid over to Congress. !The Democrats won control of both houses of Congress due in large part to bush's stupidity and lies. Picking up six seats in the Senate was amazing as well as 30+ seats in the House. This was due to the fact that the rest of America knows that bush is a liar and fraud. It is only poor silly people who are supporting bush and the number of these people are decreasing every day. As it is, a large number of Senate republicans are abandoning bush because they are up for re-election and bush's unpopularity and stupidity has made them vulnerable. I saw one poll where Elizabeth Dole is potentially vulnerable and so is John Cornyn of Texas.

If bush keeps pulling stunts like claiming executive privilege on the investiation of Pat Tillman's death, then the Democrats will pick up even more seats. Freeper types who support bush are in the minority and that minority is decreasing every day.

Ringo I am surprised that you don't know why dogs check out every other dog. Long before humans came along dogs used to have to hang their ass at the door. One day there is a raid and it was just grab an ass and leave. So now they check out every ones ass to see if it is their lost ass.
