Two cats. Mine is a black cat named Isacc the dragon. My daughter's is Kitty Girl. Both came from an animal shelter.
I got Isaac because I believe cats become neurotic if they don't have at least one feline companion, and K.G. was very good at being so. Of course, my daughter got the cat when her husband died suddenly at 45, so maybe there was no help for it.

To quote Kathryn Hepburn in an old movie, "we will live together and raise cats." She was referring to being middle aged spinsters. My daughter is in her 40's and I'm in my 60's. We are widows, roomies, and best friends. And we couldn't live without our cats.:rofl

I have a cat and a dog. The cat's name is Bailey and she's a tiger stripe and is 14 years old. :heart

The dog is a shepard mix and is about 9 years old, his name is Cozmo. :)

I have cats and a dog who thinks he's a cat whisperer. He brings cats home for his own pets.

Jack the black Lab...he's about 5 yrs old, dumb as a box of rocks, but completely lovable and good with the kids.

Ginger, the hornery Calico. She's a bitch and hates people. We hardly see her, she's always outside.

Oreo the Dutch Bunny. She likes to have her nose rubbed.

And I have a slowly dwindling fish tank.

We have a bichon poo named Penny that was rescued from the humane society for Mimi's first birthday!
We also have a black manx cat that was rescued last Christmas.

We have two long hair german shepherds - both rescues. Yulson has his own thread with pics about his "baby" - the kitten that somehow moved in.

And we had a wonderful PittBull, Aurora, for four years. . . she went to the bridge last night. She was the "momma" of the pack . . . a female Godfather . . . she was Indigo's dogter. She came to us as a foster dog, a "german shepherd mix", by the time we found out she was a pittbull, (and unplaceable per the rescue) we were already in love with her and she never left our house. She was a great dog, almost forget that she was around.

And we have a ton of cats.
