I think the stock market reflects more of the wealthy and the wealth of corporations. The alleged confidence in consumer sentiment was hopeful..as June retail sales plummeted further than anyone thought...

The stock market does not affect the 90% of us not wealthy. It is our retirement system, so it could take a downturn at any given.

All this news is is to try to get Americans out there spending...to get the wealthy wealthier....IMHO
